Manage your subscription
Link to section: Manage your subscriptionYour current plan, price, renewal period and included access are shown in the app and in your store’s purchase confirmation. For an Apple subscription:
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions, then select your Velora subscription.
- Choose Cancel Subscription or one of the available plan options.
In Velora, open Home → Settings using the gear icon, then tap your active Velora Pro card to open subscription management. If you cannot find a subscription, check which Apple Account was used to buy it.
Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
Cancel through the store separately. For trial offers, follow the cancellation deadline shown in your offer; Apple recommends canceling at least 24 hours before a free or discounted trial ends.
For Apple-billed purchases, request a refund from Apple. Eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable law. See our purchase terms and Apple’s cancellation instructions.
Restore a purchase
Link to section: Restore a purchaseIf you already purchased access, use the same store account that made the purchase.
- From Velora’s Home screen, tap the gear icon to open Settings.
- Select Restore purchases under Support. The purchase screen also offers a restore option.
- Wait for the store check to finish. If access is still missing, contact us from Help in the app.
Restoring an existing purchase does not create a new subscription. Please send the order reference if needed, never your full payment card number.
Your photos, account and data
Link to section: Your photos, account and dataPhotos and previews: Velora’s backend does not save your uploaded photo or full generated result as a cloud gallery. Your studio session is temporary. Save anything you want to keep before you close it. AI service providers may retain data under their own policies.
Saved copies: images saved to your photo library or shared to another app must be deleted from those destinations separately.
Delete a registered account
- Open Home → Settings using the gear icon, then tap your account card.
- Choose Delete Account and confirm the action.
- Cancel any active store subscription separately.
Guest accounts and other privacy requests
If you use a guest account, cannot access the app, or want to request access, correction or deletion of other information, email us. For a guest account, contacting us from the app’s Help option is useful because it includes an account reference. We may need to verify your request.
Some security, transaction or legal records may need to be retained. The Privacy Policy explains retention, third-party processing and your rights.
Signing in and account access
Link to section: Signing in and account accessYou can start with an automatically created guest account. Optional sign-in helps identify your account; the app does not provide a saved cloud gallery of previous beauty previews.
- For email accounts, use Forgot Password on the sign-in screen if you need to reset your password.
- If you originally used Apple or another available sign-in provider, use that same method again.
- Guest account access may be lost when app data is cleared or the app is reinstalled. Save generated images you want to keep.
Purchases are managed through your store account. Use Restore Purchases if your subscription does not appear.
Make room for a better preview
Link to section: Make room for a better preview- Find even light. Use a clear photo without harsh shadows, heavy filters or motion blur.
- For face looks, face the camera. Keep your face and hair visible. Avoid covering them with your hands or other objects.
- For nails, show your hand. Keep the nails in focus and fully in the frame.
- Choose the details you want. Start with a style or shade, then adjust the available options in the studio.
- Keep a little perspective. AI can change unintended details. Use the result as inspiration rather than a promise of salon results.
Face-shape suggestions are approximate style inspiration. They are not medical, skin-health or identity assessments.
Something not quite right?

Check your internet connection and try a smaller, clear photo. If the app reports a usage limit, follow the on-screen message. If a problem continues, contact support with the time of the issue, app version and error text.
I saved an image, but cannot find it.
Check your device’s photo library and the app’s photo permissions in Settings. If saving was denied, allow the required permission, return to the result and try again before closing the session.
Does the website process my photos?
No. The comparison on this website uses prepared example images. It does not upload or analyze a visitor’s photo. Actual AI previews are created in the Velora app.
